Shipping

We send all our orders out with Royal Mail and will normally process and dispatch orders the same day if received before 14:00, or next day if later.

Our delivery options are:

 

      Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 / Free for orders over £40
      Royal Mail Second Class

      Next Day UK Delivery - £6.45
      Royal Mail Tracked 24

      Prints - £4.95 / £8.90
      Royal Mail Second Class
      Royal Mail Tracked 24

 

To make sure your Nordic goodies reach you in time for Christmas, be sure to place your order before:

 

      Friday 18.12 (Standard Delivery), or
      Monday 21.12 (Next Day Delivery).

 

The above order cut-offs are based on Royal Mail’s recommendations, and whilst we can’t guarantee orders will reach you in time for Christmas, we will do our very best to make it happen!

 

Returns

If there is something wrong with your order when it arrives, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If you have changed your mind about products you have ordered and would like to return them for an exchange or refund, please send us an email to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and return your unopened items in resaleable condition to:
