One of our founders, Penny, makes the most delightful raw choccies. She uses Lingonberry powder for that zingy edge and Sinni Rhodiola Elixir for mood support and muscle recovery. Sinni also contains nettle which is rich in the strengthening mineral iron.
Raw cacao itself packs a punch of nutrients, antioxidants and mood enhancing properties leaving you feeling goooood!
These beauties are refined sugar free and naturally provide lots of energy.
Ingredients
- 60g cacao butter
- 50g cacao powder
- 1 tbsp of Arctic Warriors SINNI Rhodiola Elixir
- 2 tbsp of sweetener (coconut nectar or maple syrup are yummy)
- 2 tsp of Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry Powder
Optional additional ingredients for flavour and texture eg. citrus zest, pistachio, chia seeds, raisins or goji berries are just some options - use what you’ve got in your cupboard!
Equipment
- Silicone mold
- Whisk
- Bain Marie (bowl on top of a saucepan over heat)
Method

Heat the cacao butter in a bain marie making sure the boiling water doesn’t touch the bowl and cook the contents.

Take the butter off the heat and mix in the cacao powder, the sweetener, the elixir and any additional ingredients.

Prepare the mold, make sure it thoroughly dry, add in any toppings including Lingonberry powder at the bottom of the mold.

Pour contents into mould and leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour and an half.
