Wild Mushroom Sauce
METTÄ Wild Mushroom Sauce takes you on an adventure to our pure, pristine Nordic forest in the heart of autumn. Wild, Nordic mushrooms from our northern forests are nutrient rich, juicy and full of flavour.
Just by adding a splash of cream, create a luscious sauce, soup, or a topping for pies. A touch of nettle and spruce buds gives our Wild Mushroom Sauce an extra Nordic twist.
Try using just as is, as an exciting seasoning.
Ingredients: Yellow-footed chanterelle (20 %), onion, potato flakes, nutritional yeast, nettle, chanterelle (8%), chives, natural Guérande sea salt, spruce sprout. High salt content.

Storage: Store in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight.
Usage: To prepare 400ml of sauce: Shake the bag. Mix one bag with 1.5dl of water. Let sit for 10–15min.Heat the mixture in a pan for a few minutes using a dash of vegetable oil and add 200 ml of cream or similar. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5mins. Enjoy.
